Pure fun. Kinda like if Cirque du Soleil was made of food. It would be a spoiler to show you the dishes, the kooky decor, the costumes. Let's just say, come with an open mind and be ready to be surprised. Playing with food, engineering it to make it more intense. Choose things made out of ingredients that you like, have a blast when you taste what happened to them. English menus, very friendly staff, 50-60 Euros per person (that's cheaper than a concert!). Albert Adria there in the kitchen, famous Ferran Adria nowhere in sight. Make a reservation three months in advance like you would for any popular show that comes though town.
Here's how you reserve. Go online www.ticketsbar.es at 12 a.m. Spanish time, click two months forward on the reservation calendar, see the one day marked in bold...that is the only day that has available seats. Take it, pick time, put it on your calendar. Be bold, have fun!
