INFORMATION FOR GUESTS
Our check-in starts at 4:00 pm. You can leave your luggage in lockers until check-in time. Check-out is at 11:00 am.
2 days before your arrival date, we will send you an invitation for digital check-in via email. Once received, you will be able to fill out the necessary information and sign the registration form, as well as agree to the use of the data.
The apartments offer a completely contactless experience and do not have a reception in the building. If you have any questions or problems that you would like to resolve with our staff, please contact our online reception open 24 hours.
On the day of your arrival, we will send you the numeric codes to access your apartment.
Our clients have lockers available to store suitcases (subject to availability). A locker for an apartment: 80 cm (height) x 40 cm (width) x 50 cm (depth).
The Espai Progres Apartments do not have private parking. Several public parking lots can be found around Espai Barcelona Apartments.
No, smoking is not allowed.
Yes, pets are allowed with a supplement.
Parties cannot be held in the apartment.
